Report No. 4.2             Communications Plan for the Design Investigation of the Jonson Street Protection Works

That the Communications Panel note the proposed engagement plan for the Design Investigation for the Modification of the Jonson Street Protection Works and provide feedback.

 

That, if possible, the Councillors and the Byron Bay Town Centre Masterplan group go to Kingscliff to look at the work Tweed Council has done on the beachfront.

 

That the media, including moderators of Byron Community Board, Voice of Byron, be invited to attend the information session/s.

 

Include provision for a static display somewhere like the carpark on the beachfront.
