Quorum was not reached for the 19 September 2018 Strategic Business panel meeting to proceed, however a presentation by Bruce Pringle and Jen Banks from Hammer and Hand on behalf of the arts community (Byron Arts & Industry Estate) was given to staff (Tania Crosbie, Sharyn French and Rob van Iersel) and Cr Hunter.
