Cr Coorey  (Chair) opened the meeting at 4:15pm and acknowledged that the meeting was being held on Bundjalung Country.

That the Communications Panel:

1.    Notes the work being done to introduce a subscription newsletter to inform/prompt people about DAs that have been lodged with Council.

2.    That the Media and Communications Coordinator investigates the possibility of the list of DAs received each week being emailed to the newsletter subscriber list.
