Cr Lyon (Chair) opened the meeting at 4:39pm and acknowledged that the meeting was being held on Bundjalung Country.

Committee Recommendation:

That the Infrastructure Committee support the Pedestrian Access and Mobility Plan and Bike Plan being reviewed, combined into an Active Transport Action Plan and consulted to the community as part of the 2023/24 Operational Plan actions.                     (Lyon/Swivel)
