Cr Westheimer (Chair) opened the meeting at 9:06am and acknowledged that the meeting was being held on Bundjalung Country.

Attendances via audio-visual link from Linda Tillman, Kushla Gale, Maya Martin-Westheimer and Arika McElroy.
Apologies were received from Jack Dodds and Bronwyn Bancroft.

It was noted Bronwyn Bancroft has tendered her resignation from the Committee.

Business Arising from Previous Minutes
There was no business arising from previous minutes.
Staff Reports - Corporate and Community Services
Maya Martin-Westheimer joined the meeting at 10:05am
Staff Reports - Sustainable Environment and Economy
Arika McElroy and Kushla Gale left the meeting at 10:31am and did not return.
Cr Westheimer stepped aside from chairing the meeting to present Report 3.3 with
Cr Ndiaye assuming the chairperson seat contemporaneously at 10:31am.

There being no further business the meeting concluded at 11:02am.
