Adoption of Minutes from Previous Meetings

Committee Recommendation:

That the minutes of the Coast and ICOLL Advisory Committee Meeting held on 15 August 2023 be confirmed.

The recommendation was put to the vote and declared carried.

Note: The minutes of the meeting held on 15 August 2023 are scheduled to be reported to Council, at the Ordinary Meeting held on 23 November 2023.

Report No. 4.1 Future Discussion Items for Coast and ICOLL Advisory Committee

Committee Recommendation:

1. That Council note that the Coastal Hazard Assessment (CHA) will now be ready in early 2024.

2. That the Coast and ICOLL Advisory Committee notes the report and that the next Future Discussion Items report be amended to parameters of the CHA.

The recommendation was put to the vote and declared carried.

Dailan Pugh voted against the motion.

Cr Lyon left the meeting at 03:02 pm.
